How do I access my purchased files?
Access purchased files through your account. You must be logged in to download files. You may access your account here.
How can I use the commercial use templates?
Great question! All templates offered here at Templates for Creators include a license that allows you to use the commercial use templates to create planners, printables, digital planners, ebooks, KDP books, journals, etc. to sell to your customer, the end-user, for personal use only.
Do you offere refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products sold at Templates for Creators, I do not offer product refunds. If you are having any issues at all, I will happily assist you. Just send a message to request assistance.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, I do have an affiliate program! To learn more about the Templates for Creators affiliate program and how to apply, please visit the Become an Affiliate page.
What design programs can I use to edit the commercial use templates?
I primarily use Affinity Publisher, Affinity Designer, or Canva to design the commercial use printables templates offered on Templates for Creators. A few of the commercial use planner templates are available for use with MS PowerPoint or MS Word.
Where can I find graphics to customize the templates?
There are a few websites that I like to use for graphics. I’ll add a list of my favorite resources for graphics. Until that list is ready, send me a message.
May I use the templates to create my own commercial use products?
I offer an extended commercial use license for a few of the commercial use printables templates listed in the shop. If there is an extended commercial use license for a template, you’ll have the option to select it when purchasing.
Purchasing the extended commercial use license add-on, allows you to create and sell commercial use printables or PLR printables using Templates for Creators templates. The templates must be modified and look notably different from the original template.
I’m new to using Affinity Publisher or Affinity Designer, do you offer tutorials or classes?
I offer limited tutorials on how to use Affinity Publisher and/or Affinity Designer. I’m not yet confident in my teaching skills, so I don’t offer general tutorials. I do offer a few videos on how to edit the templates that I create and sell.

Are the templates ready for uploading to KDP?
No, the templates offered at Templates for Creators are not ready for KDP. You can edit and use the templates you’ve purchased for use on KDP. Be sure to follow KDP guidelines. Additionally, I don’t offer support for KDP.
